How to Fix a frequent computer restarts

Morning fella before na me explain first about the factors why you can restart the computer and hold. nah firus factors affected first, then there are some files on the existing windows in c drive is missing or corrupt and it could be your processor blocked by dust.
well the first one I will discuss:
1. due to a virus
the cause is a virus because the computer was ordered to restart the windows os. so the thing that is very difficult to sepperti repaired and most can not enter windows. well before there are signs start appearing windows just press F8 repeatedly until you get white writing that says start windows normally, then save mode and so on. otherwise appear to reset and try again.
so the message from my computer to your computer at all the same as pressing the F8 key.
and but if the problem is not as above, tetep can enter windows can be cleaned until the virus is gone. or you can add a good anti virus.

2. because the file system on windows disappear
if the computer can restart itself that could occur due to file system on windows missing, as I know the cause could be a virus, corrupted hard drive can be damaged because it hasdisk off lights and turning off computers that are not true.
If problems like this you can just reinstall it. with tape to repair the windows OS but something like this for a computer that does not apply to normal setandar computer Hardwere faulty. for example hard drives and powersupplly.
3. because the processor blocked dust
This is also one of the causes of frequent restarts. why the processor can be hindered because of the dust before its computers are not often used and it will rarely open chassing computer to check the dust in it. that is why before the dust could get in earlier but thought that in chassing think it's safe from outside factors, the cause could be from the fan attached to the function chassing Hardwere cool in it and indirectly involved with the dust before the wind.
if it is so you can just processor overheating. obstacles can menshut down computer itself and if there is no safety net that eventually got shut down your processor could be damaged. so from now diligent cleaning is a special component on your Hardwere its processor and the fan on you and be careful when cleaning it.
